Meet Your Trainer

Paul's background in Kinesiology and as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through CSEP (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology) has given him an amazing understanding on how the human body works, moves, and adapts. Through his own training and experience he has learned how to push the body above and beyond its limits. In a safe and effective manner he will ensure you get the most out of your time and effort.

Along with his certifications and experience as a group fitness leader and resistance training specialist, he has developed a style of training that will challenge you and keep you wanting more from yourself.

Being in the fitness industry since 2001 has given Paul many opportunities to work with individuals and groups of all ages and abilities. He has been lucky to work with an amazing team at the Wellness Institute for the past 10 years where he has grown and evolved.
